ANCHORAGE
Sampling of Cargo as per International Standards ASTM / ISO.
Coordination with related parties to ensure loading plan, Cargo blending, Special instructions if any are followed on board vessel.
Supervision of loading activity and monitoring as required.
Joint Sampling and Sample Sealing as per job request from principals.

Draft and Redraft of Barges at mother vessel before and after discharging of cargo to identify if any cargo loss on transit and understand the quantity of cargo actually discharged at ship hatch.

WITNESS PREPARATION ACTIVITY
Witness sample preparation as per International Standards ASTM/ ISO and keep the records.

Sealing of samples and keeping the records and pictures for future reference.
All activities are performed as per our principals requirement and agreed between shipper or there Independent Inspection Agency (IIA).

Preparation of Samples at our own preparation facility as per International Standards ASTM/ ISO.
Complete back up with high power generators so as to have uninterrupted supply of power during entire operations of sample preparation.
Storage of samples for future reference as per contractual terms in safe custody with proper packing and sealing.
